We change as people, so why does our life sometimes stay the same?"
My work as a life coach for women has grown over the years from a deep interest in personal development and the way people change. Today I work as a transformational coach, supporting women who want to take a fresh look at what truly fits their life.
Along the way I have explored different approaches to personal development, including insights from NLP, which help to recognise patterns, beliefs and behaviour more clearly.
In addition to coaching, I have spent many years working with the body. In my massage practice I see every day how tension, stress and emotions can settle in the body. That experience has strongly influenced the way I work as a coach. Change does not happen through insight alone. It also comes from learning to notice what is happening within yourself.
Because of this combination of coaching, bodywork and years of interest in personal development, I tend to look at the whole of a person’s life. Not only at what someone thinks, but also at what they feel, how they live and what they may have been carrying with them for a long time.
Today I work mainly as a life coach for women who feel it may be time to look again at what truly fits their life.
In conversations I am calm and I listen sharply. I ask questions you may have been avoiding for a while. That is how we uncover what is really going on. I keep it practical and grounded. No big theories, no dramatic storytelling. Just clarity, honesty and forward movement.
I do not believe people need to be fixed when they feel unsettled. Relocation can unsettle identity, confidence and relational balance. That does not mean something is wrong. It means something is shifting. What often makes the difference is space and perspective at the right moment. That is where I work. In the space between confusion and clarity.
