A structured starting point during times of change
Many women come to coaching looking for clarity and steadiness during a period of change. For this reason, I often begin with a defined six-week coaching trajectory consisting of four sessions.
This trajectory serves as a starting point to bring order to what currently feels confusing or heavy, gain insight into what is really going on and sense direction in possible next steps.
The aim is not to resolve everything, but to regain stability, gain overview and make clear choices about what is needed now.

A coaching session is a calm and focused online conversation with space to slow down and gain perspective. We work with what is present for you in that moment, such as a situation, a feeling of unrest, a dilemma or a recurring pattern.
I ask clear questions, help bring structure and reflect what I notice. There is no fixed agenda and no pressure to reach a specific outcome. Each session is guided by where you are and what feels most relevant at that time.
Coaching can help you experience more calm and mental space, gain clarity about what is really going on, make clear choices about what is needed now and feel more stable during a period of change.
The focus is not on quick solutions or advice, but on clarity and direction that comes from within.
Some women come to coaching with a specific transition or question and choose to work together for a limited number of sessions. Others prefer continuity and ongoing support while navigating a longer period of change.
We decide together what makes sense for you. There is no pressure to commit upfront. Clear agreements around structure and expectations are part of the work itself.
After completing the trajectory, single sessions can be booked if desired.
